If everyone did it, then it was be stupid to only bash Hulu. THAT would be nonsensical. But Hulu was the only one, which is why it can't be nonsensical. Making people pay to watch ads made no sense because nobody else was doing that. You would expect Hulu to not force people to watch ads after they buy in because everything before, during and after that has taken away ads for giving them money.
