I don't think you understood my post. Of course I care about history, but you phrased your post to say I didn't care about democrats playing identity politics in 1950, but I do care about democrats playing identity politics in the current year.
I do have a basic understanding of cause and effect. Democrats blew up the nuclear black family with welfare in the 1960s. That is what is holding blacks back now, not systemic racism.
So apparently this is all a ploy for you to bash Democrats since your bias dropped its pants in front of us.
