We're literally known worldwide and have a reputation to keep, so it only makes sense we weed out people who will phone it in for another paycheck. You want to get paid? You have to earn it You mean weed out the people with enough spine to complain when they are not paid what they are worth. Working for "experience" is worthless, try paying for food with "experience" and see how that goes. This is probably why they make it 5 years. Most people will have quit doing it by then, so they probably only have a handful of paid people and a whole lot of high school volunteers who'll only do it a year or two before finding an actual job with an actual pay. That's if they don't find a reason to fire them after year 4. If it's an employment at will state they don't even need a reason.
