| K181 09/04/17 9:31:23 AM #28: | The four main Star Trek captains could be be exemplified by their primary trait as a Star Trek officer. Kirk was an explorer at heart, Picard was a legendarily skilled ambassador, Sisko was a tactician/strategist, and Janeway was a scientist. You have to watch their various shows with these points in mind to appreciate all four, though being a captain is also a jack of all trades situation and each had to have experience in all areas as well.
