It has a dam, an airport, a couple of suburban homes and apartment towers, and an industrial area. It feels like a patchwork of leftover concepts thrown together. The river/bay that splits the district makes travel from one area to another a bit of a nusiance, too. Oh my god yes this this so much. It's like, you've got the airport and an industrial area, ok, but then a bridge that leads to a residential area with a lot of fancy cars what. And then on top of that you've got a dam nearby?
