Thankfully my dad is in construction and it was my first house so he got a whole crew in there and they did top notch work for me at the cost of free. My new house was built like 6 months before I moved in but surprisingly Sedona has quite a bit of flooding when it rains so my garage turns into a second pool 2-3 times a year. You moved from Michigan to Arizona? My little sister is doing that in about a week. How do you like it out there? --- I use Google...
