The funny thing is that according to the comments in the TC's video, it's possible to extract the files on PC with Bethesda's creation kit and basically make your own esp to allow you to use the mods without buying a key. They just freely gave you the textures but no file that allows them to run, which is easy to create yourself if you know how.

Sure, but it's funny that Bethesda managed to fuck up their implementation so badly that they gave you everything you need to pirate their "DLC."


There's also the very likely supported position that PC gamers weren't the targets of the Creation Club. PS4 didn't have mods because Sony has stringent requirements and hates playing with other people. With the CC, now they do. Let's see if the money generated is enough to offset the hit to their public relations.

Still, those prices are fucking garbage. $5 for a re-skinned suit of power armour? $1 for a coat of paint? Get your head out of your ass, Bethesda.
