What I am saying though is it is now their property as I freely donated it of my own will. The same as people did to Trump's foundation. And it now his money to use as he sees it as long as it's legal. I don't think anyone is complaining that Trump is using foundation money for Hurricane Harvey relief. I think that they're complaining that he's making a big show about giving away his money for publicity, but then pays out of other people's funds. Going back to the Goodwill example, if Jim Gibbons said "I'm personally donating $50 million to Harvey", and then it came out that he actually meant that he was taking $50 million from Goodwill and giving it to Harvey, people would also be mad at him.
