It's just just his voice, it was what he was saying and everything about it. There's every indication of sarcasm. I don't know how anyone could listen to that and hear anything but sarcasm. Obviously him saying that isn't going to help anyone or anything and I'm not even denying there's no merit to the current media narrative because there is, I think a lot of work needs to be done on our police and criminal justice system as a whole for that matter, but that's a much larger discussion. As I said it was extremely stupid and unprofessional but he clearly wasn't actually being racist or having any bad intentions, he just used sarcasm in poor taste in a setting where you should use nothing but professionality.
It was clearly conduct that should be discouraged but I don't think it's to the level where he deserves to be fired or anything, if he had said it seriously though then I'd feel differently.
As for the Cobb County bit idk anything about that place or their police track record but if any officers have said or done anything to indicate real racism, prejudice, profiling, or anything of the sort then they should be delt with accordingly.
If you think this is an example of real racism we'll have to agree to disagree but I don't think this is worthy of a job loss or anything, just unpaid leave and being put under the microscope for awhile to make sure job performance meets proper standards, which obviously would include no indication of actual racism or biases, which they should be doing anyways.
