I don't see the problem, then. If you ignore her advances then you never have to date her, and you don't mess up your work life. Unless the idea of her occasionally flirting with you just cripples you, I don't get why you have to do anything at all.

I don't think too many guys have been sued for sexual harassment for occasionally flirting with people (and I mean actual flirting like laughing at her jokes a little harder than others, and not simply asking how big her tits are) but if your life is miserable and you wanna get angry about nothing, be my guest.
