First off, get back on hormones. Second, if you look at women like Serena Williams, some women are just born with male features. Her shoulders are more manly than most men I've ever seen. Do to a gym and work out the parts of you that need working out. Seriously, sitting at home isn't going to help. I have progress because I try. I looked a lot more like a man pre-hormones. I actually can't do much more until I leave my job and I can't see myself doing that for a little while longer.
