People who do have trouble affording it or don't have permission from parents get bullied. 3. Women are in a constant battle to physically alter themselves to be as beautiful as they can be which is terrible for self esteem. 4. Plastic surgery can and does go wrong for many people which can lead to permanent disfigurement or even death. 5. As women age they start looking really bad as their face changes in ways that don't match the surgery, necessitating more surgery, and it's very hard to know how much you can get away with before you start looking like a freak. And the older you get the more you'll need just to look normal. I mean I think it's fine for people to get plastic surgery if they've thought it through and come to the decision because they really and truly want to. But social pressure expecting everyone must get it is terrible.
