I understand some people simply can't pick up and go that easily, but there's a lot of them that just "toughed it out" and it's costing lives. some of them couldn't get out for reasons... and as others have mentioned. would be a total ****ing disaster if they left all at once to get out of the war path of the hurricane. --- Chapped ass sucks.
