If evolution is about getting better and better why didn't humans naturally evolve circumcised penises?
We kind of have. Compare human foreskin to other animals and it is a lot thinner and less protective. Evolution takes millions of years, and our need for a foreskin has only been done away with for a few thousand at most.
It is the same reason our toes are smaller and less functional then an ape: We still have them because we haven't fully evolved away from them, but they are not as useful as our ancestors are.

the foreskin is needed there that's way we still have it even after we started using clothes which is why it didn't get thicker but it's still there because it's needed and the toes are absolotely needed for you to walk properely which is way they are still there too
I feel like you reacted instinctively and didn't even think about what I just said. Evolution takes millions of years, not thousands. So we are still going to have foreskins because the need for them has existed more recently then evolution would account for it. Hence, thinner but not necessarily gone.
And toes are not needed to walk properly, but our feet did elongate to accommodate.
