I don't see how it would even be possible unless the other kid was a willing participant. Even if it's a big kid picking on a shrimpier one, they'd have to lift a kid up who's reasonably close to them in size/weight, open the locker door, get the kid inside, corral their arms and legs and stuff those in too, close the door, and lock the locker, and those last two steps can be thwarted by any kid who has the presence of mind to tuck their knees in towards their chest and brace their feet on the door.


Define "willing." Assuming that they're not forcibly shoved in there -- and no, they aren't guaranteed to be roughly the same size and weight because they could be several years older plus the larger guys tend to pick on the small ones -- they can still be coerced through violence or, in other cases, beaten first then pushed in there.

And I seem to recall at least one Boy Meets World ep where a bully coerced Corey into a locker (albeit to comedic effect)
