I don't see how it would even be possible unless the other kid was a willing participant. Even if it's a big kid picking on a shrimpier one, they'd have to lift a kid up who's reasonably close to them in size/weight, open the locker door, get the kid inside, corral their arms and legs and stuff those in too, close the door, and lock the locker, and those last two steps can be thwarted by any kid who has the presence of mind to tuck their knees in towards their chest and brace their feet on the door. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer.
