Topic	Wtf Japan lets you be an English teacher even if you don't know Japanese?

The kids usually know some english, and there is another teacher in there with you who definitely knows both languages. It isn't like you just get thrown in there and you have to communicate with pictures. Yeah, I knew a girl who went to South Korea to teach. Typically what happens is you either teach older kids who know some english, until you learn the other language well enough to be one that knows both languages.
