I don't get this. No major harm came from her accusations. She doesn't deserve this significant of a punishment. This is only going to discourage victims of rape from coming forward.
The thing is, major harm -could- have easily come from this if the men were falsely accused and sentenced for a crime they didn't commit. This is meant to discourage FALSE victims of rape from coming forward with false accusations.
Harm -did- come. A guy was put in jail for at least a year over it. Her last accusation was in 2013 and a guy was released in 2015 according to the article. Not to mention everone else who had their lives ruined because that's what rape accusations do
The only thing that's unfair about this sentence is it's 10 years and not 20 years without parole
