Yeah, like I stated.

It appears to be around major flooding. How are church employees going to get there to host people? How will it be set up to host people? Who is going to open the doors, etc.? And since Houston isn't out of the clear in terms of flooding, why is his church deemed a safe place to stay in the first place?

If the national guard or other authorities deemed his church to be the safest place and asked him to do so and he declined, then that would be something to talk about.

This seems like unrealistic expectations, and likely not even safe expectations, given the circumstances and the area of the church.
