I can run around the the fields as long as want and the skies will stay clear, but as soon as I start climbing it starts raining. I feel the exact same way. Every time I want to start exploring and climbing, it starts raining. I've noticed that the forecast can change too. I've seen it go from all sunny to rainy in a matter of seconds.
