Don't be a bigot to people just because you think it's edgy and you won't be jailed. The problem would be the first amendment. The part people refer to when they say "it only protects you from being punished by the government, not your employer!" Racist slurs can get you in trouble as well. This isn't the same as being called stupid or buttface. Verbally attacking people because of their race/gender or sexuality should be criminalized. People should just stop being bigots. It's not funny. Move to Europe. Honestly, this. Do not change the Constitution if you don't like it.
