My guess is CE doesn't have much perspective on elder abuse I'm guessing people are worried that there will be some egotistical genderfluid person who changes his/her genders randomly in order to entrap someone with this law.. If there's no reasonable way to keep track, then I believe you could make a compelling case in court.
