But if a woman sees a man walking down a public street, then loses sight of him, goes home, turns around, follows him, hides, ambushes him and then attempts to murder him. Yes that is wrong morally and legally. Again, should be common sense. Again a small child understands that. In fact I believe you could probably explain that to a dog.
