That version does and the help you gave on that would violate the PSN EULA if they upload the save. Since it clearly violates a Sony EULA we can't allow it. It's really simple. You do not need a PSN agreement to play the PS4 version. A PSN agreement is for the products and services of PSN. FFX remaster can be bought and played without ever logging onto the PSN and accepting the agreement. You do not need a PSN account, nor do you need to login to the account to accept the PSN agreement to play ANY version of FFX.
