Why do people say it is like Twin Peaks, I've only played an hour so far but it's pretty much Twin Peaks so far from a quirky Japanese perspective. You play as an FBI agent who arrives in a small town with classic American values to investigate the murder of a young girl. He has dreams where he's in a red forest with some mysterious figures. He talks to someone in his mind called Zach (I think it's supposed to be you the player) just like Cooper does to Diane. He loves coffee. He stays in a hotel. He works with the local police department and there's even a well meaning dopey guy like Andy. When you arrive at the hospital the girl says she's reading a popular book about a girl murdered in a small town and the entire town is grieving for her.
