I played the fuck out of 16, generally skipped 17, and 18 feels like a natural evolution of the past 2. So if you're looking for a brand new madden, you might not necessarily get that but it's new enough to justify buying at $30-45 if you don't care about MUT. --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason.
