Yeah, I seriously don't understand how hard this is to grasp. If you're driving through and there's a crowd of people in the road, or if someone is jay walking, it's not suddenly legal to run them over just because they were in the way, assuming you had reasonable time to stop. Now if people start violently beating on your car and you flee then there could be an argument made for self defense(although even that's arguable as self defense usually can't be excessive, but I digress), but that's not what's happening here.

Feels like people just want a reason to be able to run over protesters, tbh.
