Ideally reparations would act as a huge investment into black generational wealth, so the effects wouldn't show up for like 50 years
IMO if we're trying to help a generation of black people we should forgive all petty drug crimes and let those people out of prison to reduce the single motherhood rate in the black community from around 70% to something a bit more reasonable.
