I have a tendency to go through cycles of doing it a lot then stopping for a while and I figured...why the hell not? I already decided a long time ago to stop looking at porn. If it could actually be beneficial to me then it can't hurt to try.

To those who've tried it, what kind of impact does it have? Is it a minor thing or a huge change? Does it just increase your motivation for being social, or does it make you more motivated overall? 'Cause I could some of that second one for sure.

If nothing else, it'd give me the impetus to go out and actually try getting some action from time to time. The sad thing is, I know there are people who would go for me, because they've fucking told me. But they end up moving on, because I can't be bothered to put the effort in, or my own self-confidence makes me freeze up. It's too easy to just take matters into my own hands when those urges strike, and I get that desire out of my system.
