I knew what I wanted to say and yet, I still fumbled my words. I finally muster up my courage and begin to speak. "T-Trodi-kun, I-I've asked you h-here to a-ask you something i-important." I managed to stammer out. "What is it, Trodi-chan?" he responds. I look to my feet and hope something will come to get me out of this situation I have created. "W-well, you see, I've b-been watching you f-from afar for a while now. I don't k-know when it was or how it h-happened but you've caught my eye and..." "Just spit it out already" he interrupts. "I have places to be, ya know." Quickly I gather what little courage I have left. "Very well. Trodi-kun. I love you and I wish to go out with you." He seemed a little shocked at what he was hearing. He quickly recomposed himself. "Trodi-chan, I had no idea you felt that way. Give me some time to think about it. Meet me here tomorrow at the same time and I'll give you my response." His words filled me with hope. I nod and I dash off as quickly as I can. I feel tears forming in my eyes. I'm not sure if they are tears of happiness of getting out of that situation or that he might say yes. --- "You rat! How dare you sell me so cheap." "NO ONE CALLS ME THAT WITHOUT SOME CHEESE!"
