That's like saying, how else do terrorists fight the West, who have high security protecting priority targets? Who are sieging their home? They resort to inhumane tactics, such as bombing innocent civilians. But 90% of the time they do it to their own people. They do, that's why they are the bad guys. That's why every idiot who claims the West are so evil for killing them then go into join those extremists groups to exact 'justice', are Fucking morons. But cases like this, gives them justification. You have to understand the West has clear technological superiority over extremists group and we have many, many allies. Restoring to this, is unacceptable. Again, this isn't some random city, it is their last stronghold.
