Not only that, but Rachel never considered how emotionally scarred Ross was because of his divorce, and how his wife turned out to be lesbian. Of course someone with that kind of history is going to have trust issues. She should have been a lot more sensitive and understanding to that. It was not unreasonable at all for Ross to be worried about what might have been going on between Rachel and Mark. Another factor in all of this is that Rachel walked out on her wedding day. She also had sex with her would-have-been husband, Barry, while he was engaged to one of Rachel's best friends.
