| Darkman124 08/22/17 12:51:21 PM #255: | DuranOfForcena posted... remember they also left out almost of the Ironborn and Dornish plotlines. there was nothing wrong with those. they could have included them and have had no gaps to fill. i waver back and forth on this. the trouble is mostly that if you keep the dornish plotline you have to keep quentyn's quest to the oven but i absolutely loathed that they had ellaria take over when the actual doran had his own plot and was simply playing the fool book doran was a ridiculously great character, possibly the only ruler who was properly playing the game, and it sucked to not get to see that in the show --- And when the hourglass has run out, eternity asks you about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not. ...
