The house I bought is in pretty good shape. Bathroom was recently re done by previous owner.

Maybe add insulation to basement so when someone walks upstairs it isn't loud. Or fully carpet my hallway.

Future projects:

Replace back door with something that doesn't have windows on it

Replace a basement window - it's an old style and not double pained(or however you spell that)

Replace front door in a few years. Not in a hurry - it's still a good door.

Maybe install central air at some point. Already have the duct work for heat in the house so can't be that complicated.

Save up for a second bathroom to put in basement. Have a huge basement and this would increase value of home
