But, that was moreso for taking advantage of an emotional unstable person, continually pressuring said person to suicide, not rendering aid or reporting the death. Your comments have to be an explicit threat to be acted upon. And, I believe there are scenarios where this is definitely met and should be acted on. However, saying words killed Heather Heyer is truly disgusting. A car driven by a white supremacist is what killed Heather.
