Also if there are any changes you can be probably assume it's going to get even more lax. That's been the direction the site has been going and will likely continue to go that way in any future ToU updates. My answer here is if someone posts something that bothers you, mark it then ignore it. Don't get caught up on making sure the person gets 'punished' for being rude, just mark it and ignore it and move on. If you want to avoid being moderated, simply don't be an ass to other users. It's not hard at all to avoid being moderated for flaming unless you're trying to skirt the line of what is allowed and what isn't. --- This life is just a game we play, that we can never win.
