It discusses a lot about minstrial aspect but then says not everything is bad without talking about what would be ok. I would say that it's actually helping normalize black people in the eyes of white Americans assuming the gif isn't of something repulsive/violence because it seems themselves as the person in the gif....which is something I'd think people would want ...
