Keep eating less lol. The gym will help as you lose fat and gain muscle, one day you'll look in the mirror and say GODDAYUM.

The typical progression is:

- 1 month to feel different
- 2 months for you to see a difference
- 4 months for others to see a difference

I'd say it's the opposite

I didn't notice any changes for the longest time, but a few months after I started working out, I would have people telling me I "hit puberty" or that I didn't look like I'd break in half if the wind hit me wrong.

You're definitely the last person who'll see your own growth.
