Human conflict is pretty normal in these types of movies. Even George A. Romero's movies had human conflict. Yeah but he didn't make it a soap opera. He didn't make zombies a plot device for humans. I guess you haven't seen Day of the Dead? Which one? 1985. Naw I ain't seen that one. But George prides himself in not making his zombie movies into a soap opera.
