| Shenti_Reborn 08/13/17 10:39:06 PM #14: | yeah this is why i don't watch or particularly like anime anymore the only exceptions are those that i've seen before the harsh reality of adult life crushed my imagination and made me cynical, such as gundam wing, dbz and a few of the other westernized ones that everyone knows about then there is Code Geass and Future Diary, two that i've seen after i started hating life yet still massively enjoyed they're both fantastic and, coincidentally, both do away with most anime tropes that i just can't stand. too many to list here but one of the big ones is those over-the-top anime reactions and goofy ass stupid cartoon faces. neither one does that shit. actually they both take themselves fairly seriously--without going too far. they both have very dark and adult themes and lots of people die and get fucked up in both But yeah pretty much anything else anime-related i just can't help but roll my eyes at honestly. --- #TeamShenti Still #Unbannable ...
