1) If he's phasing through the ground then he's also phasing through all matter. That's liquids and gases as well. That means without a portable supply of oxygen that phased with him he's completely unable to acquire any more than is already in his body.

2) Earth's gravity is a result of all the matter that makes up the Earth. On the Earth's surface that matter is all in one direction, more or less downward with tangent forces canceling out. At the the center all that matter would be evenly distributed around the man and pulling outward on him. He would be weightless. The pressure at the center is a result of all the matter also being pulled to the center of gravity. Since he is out of phase with that matter it can't crush him any more than it can support him.

3) Since he's unable to interact with other matter there can be no heat exchange.

4) The human body is a thin sack of liquid and gas with an internal pressure relative to Earth's atmosphere. Removing atmospheric pressure allows expansion from the man's internal pressure. The sack pops like a water balloon and his fluids boil off all heat energy until frozen.

It's not that logical. It's a cartoon. He could walk through walls but not fall through the floor. He sort pulled himself up from out of the ground but then his hands started to go through the ground too. He phased through things because of the way his atoms were vibrating so he wasn't massless.
