Wouldn't say it's the 60s without Jim Crow laws but yeah, racism is still alive and well
Yeah but it's not just white vs black.
On campus people are hella racist to me. I'm Vietnamese some Chinese. I have a slight southern drawl and a high pitched voice
Everyone always calls me Chinese or Japanese and asks me to read things. People who never hear me talk talk about me, make weird noises saying it's Chinese, say I can't understand English, say to go back to my country or that I'm just here for college (or "they're just here for college") [as in all Asians ever I guess]
But it's not considered racist by the school because I'm Asian and they're white or black. (TBH most people who hate me for being Asian are black.)
And most asians down here are racist to black people. They have been known for years to be racist
the fact is, it's not black vs white. Blacks can be just as racist towards white people and other minorities.

No we are not. We are standoffish and quick to lash out and defend ourselves due to the unfair treatment we have be receiving for decades. The problem is that they expect us to "get over" the history. Like it's still not happening till this day!
We are not being racist, we are responding to the shit they been giving us. You definitely can't compare us to what they have been doing for years. Remember , we didn't start this shit. Come the fuck on. It's not even close. This got to be a joke
