I saw this earlier, but no explanation of the connection. Not really. All I know is thay the helicopter crashed shortly after the car incident. Not sure if it was sent up to investigate rhe car incident and then crashed incidentally which is very indirectly caused by the rally or if somehow a projectile caused it.
