Sure. I see nothing wrong with Nazi impersonators having their ideology stomped out, but when people say the same things when BLM riots are happening, others in this topic are defending the riots and violent perpetrators instead of taking a same response on their own end.

Why is it one sided?

We had people literally defend violent actions in riots when it was their political side of the spectrum.

Presumably because a lot of us are factoring in the ideology itself (the ends) rather than just the means, and I'd wager most of us here on the left agree with the BLM ideology in at least a broad sense. Violent actions seem more reasonable when directed towards a good cause compared to just sheer racism. (Also, nobody was justifying the violence then either -- but there wasn't this level of condemnation.)

Like, you were making the argument that the Iraq War was justified, so clearly you've got no inherent issue with violence either.

It was absolutely justified. You can read the UN resolutions which clearly stated that course of action was expected for failure to follow their sanctions.

And, if you are a humanitarian and care about democratic values then also you should agree that it was necessary for those reasons since it involved a dictator who used chemical weapons against people who were considered his political enemies within the country.
