what's better than americas ivy league schools?

the healthcare thing is not false. you can find that other countries have higher survival rates from illnesses, but that's just the overall average bringing down the top docs.

what is false about saying america has one of the most diverse populations in the world?

please prove me wrong, it would help me out.

Britain has Cambridge, Oxford. UCL and Imperial College London which are likely on a competing level at least.

Healthcare can't just be measured by the very top that the rich get to enjoy - you need to include it all.

On diversity... http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2013/07/18/the-most-and-least-culturally-diverse-countries-in-the-world/ Both Mexico and Canada are considered more diverse, it seems. America is supposedly "in the middle"

the USA has the most universities in the top 10 of any other country, and possesses the top 3.

people go to the USA for the best health care in the world, period. not only that, but all of the major cities in the USA are outstanding quality, for all of its denizens to enjoy.

Barely more diverse, and none as successful. 30% of the population is in the upper middle class. The american dream is alive and well.
