Alabama papers have dubbed Kennedy a "mystery candidate" and campaign finance reports show that, by the end of June, he hadn’t hired any staff or spent any money on anything other than online fundraising processing fees. And he's not just trailing in the polls. "Not That Robert Kennedy Jr." is getting 49% of the vote in a seven person field, up more than 2-1 on his nearest competitor.
