I'd worry more about toy quality, and the proper care and upkeep of your collection. You don't want to use the wrong cleaning solvents or lubrications with these things, because some of them can literally begin to dissolve, and you don't want that near your sensitive bits.

They dissolve? Wth. And yeah, I've checked some out on sites before that offer discreet shipping. I think I just build it up in my head too much and worry about getting caught. I also sometimes think it would be easier to just go into a store and pick one up idk.

Brick and mortar stores can be really hit and miss with the quality, and the staff has rarely used the toys they're selling so they can't give you any information about most of what you're purchasing. I think they're only still around for people who are uncomfortable about shopping online (old), poor planners who need a cock ring in the immediate future and can't wait for shipping, and freshmen frat pledges.

Yes, dissolving toys can happen, but is easily avoidable if you pay attention to what material the toy is made of and pay attention to the cleaner/lubrication. Don't use silicon-based lubricants with toys containing silicone. No brainer.
