If you tell him he's too close to the kids and to back away, he has a crazy tantrum and threatens to never let you see his kids again. We didn't speak for months one time because I told him to stop smoking so close to his daughter. He was only like 2 feet away but according to him he blows the smoke away from her so no biggie.
