Makes sense. When you have half the country coming at you hard, I'm sure it's nice to have some daily positive reinforcement. It's important to encourage and support our leaders. I'm sure Trump, like anyone else, likes to hear people say nice things about him, through all the noise of the left constantly bashing him, saying things like, "orange fuck".
You literally sound like a "safe space" advocate you most likely have mocked before.

Trump deals with plenty of criticism, and even personal attacks, daily. All I'm saying is I can see why it'd be nice to have at least a bit of daily positivity.

And again, nobody is saying that Trump needs this daily dose of positivity. It's just something he does. I'm sure he could survive without it.
He does not deserve it. When 70% of your constituents disapprove of the job you are doing, you are in no position to hear about the positivity from the uneducated 30% sect. If he makes a genuine effort to learn the job and reverse those numbers, then afterwards he could possibly deserve to read some praise. You are wrong and so are those millions if millions of Americans, all living a lie.
Disapproving of someone doesn't mean they're doing a bad job. Again, this is all just opinion. It's your opinion that he doesn't deserve it. Others may agree with you, but that's just their opinion. ---
