But im guessing the gound on mars is mainly just rocks/minerals so its basically just sand? To grow proper stuff they would need soil/dirt so they need organic matter. And say by that time, earth is already dieing. Do you think the aliens will capture the billions of humans, turn us into a smoothie and then fertilize mars by spraying us into the ground?? --- ...
